Alyssa Clark is a licensed psychologist and member of the American Psychological Association, the Georgia Psychological Association, and the Athens Area Psychological Association. She opened her professional practice in Athens in 2007.

Dr. Clark received her Ph.D. in Clinical/Community Psychology in 2004 at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, after graduating from the University of Georgia in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English.  As part of her graduate training, she completed a Pre-doctoral Internship at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute at the University of South Florida. Following completion of her graduate work, Dr. Clark completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Psychology at Emory University School of Medicine and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She has also worked as an instructor and clinical supervisor at the Psychology Department of the University of Georgia.
